Adam's Most Recent Accomplishment Is Opening the Global Village Cafe, A Globally Inspired Cafe At the Heart of Ucsc in the Mchenry Library. Now, Hoffman's Bistro and Patisserie and Has Recently Been Featured On the Food Network's Hit tv Show "restaurant Impossible" With Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine and Now This Once Struggling Family Owned and Operated Restaurant Has Another Chance To Thrive.
